Siruma pomocou svojich \u0161tudovan\u00fdch agron\u00f3mov pom\u00e1ha zvy\u0161ova\u0165 nielen produkciu,ale aj kvalitu pestovanej k\u00e1vy v tomto regi\u00f3ne. Po\u010das zberu s\u00fa \u010dere\u0161ne trieden\u00e9, zbaven\u00e9 \u0161upky a nechan\u00e9 fermentova\u0165 16-18 hod\u00edn. Na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed de\u0148 s\u00fa zrn\u00e1 prem\u00fdvan\u00e9 a su\u0161en\u00e9 na bet\u00f3nov\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch. Pre tento lot k\u00e1vu zbavuj\u00fa kofe\u00ednu priamo na farme vyu\u017eit\u00edm CO2 z\u00edskan\u00e9ho z cukrovej trstiny.
